The free benefit, 5 to 9 p.m. at 9 S. Halloway St., will feature a jazz band, food donated by Krog- er and a cash bar, owner Dwayne Edwards said. Brame, 31, was off-duty when he was shot to death outside his wife’s home, at 624 Cherry Drive, on Nov. 1. Chief William P. McManus announced last month that the reward had been increased from $25,000 to $100,000 and asked residents and businesses to contribute at any Fifth Third Bank branch.
